Greetings Alliance Family,
I wanted to take some time to introduce myself to you. My name is David Peppers, and I am the new Executive Director for Alliance Benefits. I started with Alliance Benefits on November 16th, 2022, as a benefits consultant before being promoted to Executive Director. My previous experience consists of 15 years with Aetna/CVS Health, where I functioned in multiple roles. During my time with Aetna/CVS Health, I held many positions through promotion that started at the entry-level as a customer service rep, trainer, plan sponsor liaison, and supervisor. Benefits have been a big part of my life, and I look forward to using that knowledge to assist our employers and employees moving forward.
My goal as director is to ensure that we provide you with the best possible benefits at the most competitive rates. This is possible, and we are currently working to see how to accomplish this objective better. My goal is to establish a model that is easy to understand and provide the right amount of education that helps better understand health benefits and the importance of having a plan suited for the members it serves. I am also looking to see if there are any unique ways to better our 403b retirement plan, which has a strong foundation. With the help of our wonderful team, I look forward to presenting you with some great options as we move into the future.
I am blessed to be married to the love of my life, my beautiful wife, Alecia, for nearly 25 years. We have three amazing children, Kyra, Travon, and Korin, as well as two grandsons, Dakota and Meiko. Spending time with my wife, children, and grandchildren brings me great joy. I am grateful for my family and view the Alliance as a part of that family, too.
