How to Participate

Step 1: Register. Begin your wellness journey by creating an account at This portal will be your central hub for tracking activities and monitoring progress. Registration is straightforward and will set the foundation for your wellness journey.

Step 2: Complete the MyHealth Questionnaire (Required): After setting up your account, it’s important to complete or update your MyHealth Questionnaire. This essential step, required annually, ensures your wellness plan is tailored to your current health status and needs. The questionnaire covers a range of health-related topics, from your medical history to your current lifestyle habits. It helps identify areas of improvement and provides a baseline for your health goals. The more accurate and detailed your responses, the more personalized your wellness plan will be.

Step 3: Engage in Activities: Choose from diverse activities that align with your interests and schedule. Whether participating in a health webinar, completing a preventive screening, or joining one of our wellness campaigns, every activity contributes to your wellness goals. Here are some activities you can engage in:

  • Wellness Challenges: Participate in fun and motivating wellness challenges designed to keep you active, motivated, and supported.
  • Preventive Screenings: Schedule your annual check-ups, including blood pressure, cholesterol tests, and other essential screenings to catch potential health issues early.
  • Health Webinars: Attend educational sessions covering various health topics, from nutrition to mental health, providing valuable knowledge and tips.
  • Everyday Activities: Earn points for daily activities through our wellness campaigns, such as gardening, walking your dog, or house cleaning. These actions contribute to your overall health.
  • Self-Reported Activities: Easily log in to our wellness portal and directly report activities like preventive services and wellness engagements. This feature lets you track your progress and ensure you receive the points you deserve.

Step 4: Track Your Progress and Earn Rewards: Regularly log in to your account to monitor your point accumulation and see how close you are to earning rewards. For every activity you complete, you earn a certain number of points. These points can be tracked on your account dashboard. Once you’ve accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for Health Savings Account (HSA) dollars. Tracking your progress helps maintain motivation and focus on your health journey. The portal provides detailed insights into your activities and progress.

Flexible Activities to Fit Your Schedule

We understand that maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be challenging, especially with busy schedules. That’s why our wellness program is designed to be flexible and convenient, allowing you to easily fit activities into your day. 

Earn Rewards for Your Efforts

As part of the wellness program,  Alliance Health Plan members and covered spouses can earn up to $500 for family plans and up to $200 for individual plans by participating in wellness activities and preventive screenings. But the benefits go beyond financial rewards. Regular participation in the program can lead to better health outcomes, potentially reducing future medical costs. You’re investing in your future well-being by taking proactive steps towards better health.

When to Expect Your HSA Dollars

Once you have achieved your incentive points, you can expect to see the HSA dollars in your account by the 15th of the following month.

Ways to Earn Incentive Points

You can earn points through a variety of activities, including:

  • Biometric Screening: 100 points for assessing key health indicators.
  • General Physical Exam: 100 points for a comprehensive health check.
  • Preventive Screenings (breast, cervical, colon): 100 points each for vital health screenings.
  • Dental Exam: 25 points for maintaining oral health.
  • Vision Exam: 25 points for eye health.
  • Influenza Vaccination: 15 points for getting your flu shot.
  • Weight Race: 50 points for participating in weight management activities.
  • Health Coaching: 10 points per call for personalized health guidance.
  • EAP Skill Builders and Webinars: 15 points for attending educational sessions.
  • Subscribe to the Alliance Benefits Blog: 20 points for staying informed with our latest updates.
