2026 Plan Information

The Alliance International Health Plan provides comprehensive, worldwide healthcare for Alliance International Workers and their families. Rooted in biblical stewardship and administered by Aetna International, the plan delivers trusted global access to care, coordinated support, and benefits designed for our International Workers around the world.

KEY BENEFITS HIGHLIGHTS

Medical Coverage: Use Aetna’s U.S. PPO network domestically and the Aetna International direct‑pay network worldwide, with no referrals required.
Prescription Coverage: International prescriptions are supported through Aetna International and Expatriate Prescription Services, with U.S. prescriptions managed separately for seamless access in both locations.
Dental Coverage: Dental benefits are available both internationally and in the U.S., including orthodontia for children and adults.
Vision Coverage: Annual eye exams and coverage for frames, lenses, or contacts are included wherever you receive care.
Life Insurance: The plan includes basic life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) coverage, with options to convert or continue coverage when employment ends.
Long-Term Disability Long‑term disability benefits help replace income during extended illness or injury, supporting stability for you and your family.
Ongoing Support: Alliance Benefits and Aetna International provide enrollment assistance, claims support, provider search tools, and 24/7 multilingual member services.
