Welcome! Below you will find the 2020 Benefit Summary Guide, the 2020 health plan rates (including loyalty reward discounts), and a new “generate a quote” tool that enrolled or new churches can use to see what 2020 monthly premium totals will look like for their employees.
Open Enrollment ended Friday, December 6. All forms submitted are in process and will be effective January 1, 2020. The applicable 2020 Loyalty Rewards discounts for employers will automatically be applied and will reflect on the employer’s January 2020 billing statement.
Current Employers still have time to complete a new 2020 HSA Contribution Change Form if they wish to change, remove, or add any employer and/or employee additional HSA Contributions effective January 1, 2020. If a form is not submitted, the current 2019 monthly HSA contributions for your employees will remain the same and will automatically carry over into the new plan year.
New Employers – if you have not yet selected a 2020 health plan for your employees, we hope you will consider whether the Alliance Health Plan might be a good fit for your church. We offer a single High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) paired with an employer-sponsored Health Savings Account (HSA). This type of plan is proving to be an attractive and stable option for employers. A church may join the plan any time throughout the year. You are not limited to only the open enrollment season. Regardless of whether your church is enrolled, feel free to contact us any time with your health or retirement plan questions.
