We have some great news to share about the 2021 insurance premiums. For the past several years, we have been able to keep premium increases in the low single-digit percentages while also offering discounts in the form of “loyalty rewards” to our member organizations that renew their insurance through Alliance Benefits. While the full impact of COVID-19 on our health systems and the utilization of services in 2021 are still yet to be seen, we are excited to let you know that premium rates will hold steady for 2021 with NO INCREASE. Loyalty reward discounts will also remain the same. View rates
Not only are we thrilled to share that health plan rates are staying the same, but we also can’t wait to tell you more about our new Wellness and Employee Assistance Programs. The Alliance Health Plan is partnering with Workpartners LifeSolutions, presenting a unique holistic approach to participants and their families’ overall health. Services will address every aspect of well-being and offer access to personalized wellness tools and counseling services, support over the phone, and the opportunity to explore online resources. All this is available at no additional cost and begins in January 2021. Even better, members will have the ability to EARN EXTRA HSA DOLLARS while participating! Find out more
The checklists below are for your convenience. A change form is needed only if you wish to make changes for 2021. The employee change form must be completed by December 4, 2020.
Our goal is to serve you with a plan based on biblical values that align with our sanctity of life worldview, dollars that stay in the Alliance family to care for your fellow pastors and staff members, and coverage available to you regardless of your circumstances or preexisting health conditions. Here are what some of our members have to say:
“We chose the Alliance Health Plan to avoid major premium increases. This is a win-win, since this savings enables us to better fund our staff and ministries and reach more people with the gospel! As a bonus, the Alliance Benefits team puts our minds at ease because of their knowledge and responsiveness to any questions we have.”
