Not only are we thrilled to share that health plan rates are staying the same for 2021, but we also can’t wait to tell you more about our new Wellness and Employee Assistance Programs! The Alliance Health Plan is partnering with Workpartners LifeSolutions, presenting a unique holistic approach to participants and their families’ overall health. Services will address every aspect of well-being and offer access to personalized wellness tools and counseling services, support over the phone, and the opportunity to explore online resources. All this is available at no additional cost and begins in January 2021. Even better, members will also have the ability to earn extra HSA dollars while participating!

As part of this wellness program, health plan participants will have the opportunity to take an active role in their health decisions while earning additional HSA dollars at the same time! Workpartners and MyHealth Online are working together to bring you the Take a Healthy Step program.
The Take a Healthy Step program gives members the chance to gain additional HSA contributions by taking healthy steps, completing specific requirements, and earning incentive points. Some examples of how to achieve these points are by:

All employees and their spouses (if applicable) participating in the health plan are eligible to earn incentive points. Once they complete the survey and achieve their annual incentive points (200 points for employee only, and 200+200 points for employee and spouse), the following HSA dollar amounts will credit to the employee’s account:
