Fall is here. The beauty of God’s handiwork is evident in the change happening all around us in His creation. More specifically, it’s October and that means it is Pastor Appreciation Month. At Alliance Benefits, we recognize that ministry is hard. Our Alliance pastors, missionaries, and chaplains work long hours, serve generously, and love on their people in ways that truly reflect the heart of Christ. A single month is simply not sufficient to say “thank you” on behalf of those of us who receive the fruits of their faithful ministry. But we do carve out this month to intentionally show our gratitude to the men and women who have committed their lives to preaching, teaching, evangelizing, counseling, shepherding, leading, serving, and being the hands and feet of Jesus both here and around the world. We immensely appreciate our Alliance workers and we don’t take our partnership with you for granted.
Here in our office, we try to show our gratitude daily in the way we serve our Alliance family and by supporting our workers in the best way we can. But I do want to pause during this busy fall season to simply say “thank you” to all of you that serve in ministry – whether full-time or part-time – and to express my deep gratitude for entrusting us to be your partner along the way. God bless each and every one of you as you continue to share the good news of Christ.
Grace and peace,
