Announcing 2020 Health Plan Rates

By Curtis Farmer, Alliance Benefits

We are excited to announce the new 2020 monthly rates and loyalty rewards for the domestic Alliance Health Plan! Once again, we are grateful for God’s provision this year and will be able to offer rates for 2020 that are less than a 3% increase. Here are the details:

The Alliance High-Deductible Premium Health Plan—includes medical, HSA with employer contribution, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability.

The Alliance High-Deductible Standard Health Plan—includes medical, HSA with employer contribution, prescription, and life insurance.

Loyalty Rewards—we are also excited to announce that the Loyalty Rewards program has been approved and will continue for the coming year. These rewards will be given as a discount to employers who have continuously participated in the Alliance Health Plan for the previous one, two, and three or more years. The loyalty rewards for 2020 will be as follows:

Note: Any employer who still enrolls in 2019 will be eligible for the discounted 2019 loyalty rewards tier listed above.

Open Enrollment—the dates for Open Enrollment this year will be November 11, 2019 – December 6, 2019. This will be the time frame for those who are currently enrolled in the domestic health plan to make changes to their existing plan if they choose. This is also the time that employers will communicate with their employee(s) their breakdown in the percentages of employer/employee premiums for next year.

We know that churches are beginning to prepare their budgets for 2020 and wanted to communicate these rates as soon as possible. We hope this information is helpful! If you have general questions, would like to inquire more about joining the plan, or are ready to enroll (even for a 1/1/20 effective date), please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help and look forward to hearing from you!
