About Alliance Benefits

Alliance Benefits serves The Christian and Missionary Alliance by providing retirement and health plan benefits to the employees of the denomination's churches, missionaries, National Office, and affiliated support organizations. We operate as an arm of the National Office's Ops/Finance Area of Ministry under the direction of the Benefits Board.

We strive to provide excellence in service and benefits and to meet the unique needs of those in ministry.

Our passion is to serve The Christian and Missionary Alliance churches, supporting organizations, employees, and retirees by designing, implementing, and administering competitive, cost-effective group insurance and retirement programs.
