Larry Keeports

Director for Alliance Benefits

Larry joined Alliance Benefits in January 2004 as Director for Alliance Benefits. He began working with The Christian and Missionary Alliance as the Senior Accountant in October 1986. He relocated with the National Office to Colorado Springs in 1989 and became the Payroll Manager overseeing the National Office and missionary payrolls. Previous to his current position he was the Director for Administrative Services for the Orchard Foundation.

As Director for Alliance Benefits, Larry is responsible for the overall management and service to The Christian and Missionary Alliance. His vast experience with the C&MA gives him a unique perspective on the needs of pastors, national office staff, and missionaries.

When not traveling to District Conferences, vendor offices, and other places, Larry enjoys spending time with his wife Esther, in the beautiful city of Colorado Springs. He has two young adult daughters.

Patti Slauson

Manager of Operations for Alliance Benefits

Patti joined Alliance Benefits in January 2004 as Information Coordinator. Since that time she has held various positions and became Manager of Operations in 2009. She came to The Christian and Missionary Alliance with over 20 years work experience in diverse non-profit business operations.

As the Manager of Operations for Alliance Benefits, Patti oversees the day-to-day operations of Health and Life Insurance programs, Communications, and Staff. Having served in several ministries including three Crisis Pregnancy Centers and as National Director for Open Arms Ministries, she brings heart and compassion for those in ministry.

Patti moved to Colorado Springs in 1995. She and her husband Paul, enjoy playing with their Wheaton Terrier and Springer Spaniel, Heidi and Tessa. They have 2 adult children, one grand-daughter, and another due in the fall.

Brian Wilson

Manager of Finances for Alliance Benefits

Brian joined Alliance Benefits in April 2010 as Manager of Finance. He came to the Christian and Missionary Alliance with 16 years of work experience in the fields of education and financial services.

As the Manager of Finance for Alliance Benefits, Brian is responsible for all accounting functions that affect the Health Plan, 403b Plan and Fellowship Fund. Additional responsibilities include oversight of Retirement Trust operations and reporting and presentation of financial matters to The Christian and Missionary Benefit Board.

Brian moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2009. He and his wife Karen and their two daughters enjoy hiking, biking, and enjoying the beautiful Colorado scenery.

Denise Bowers

Benefits Office Assistant

Denise started working for The Christian and Missionary Alliance in July of 1999. In August of 2000 she joined the Alliance Benefits team as Office Assistant.

Denise performs general office administrative functions for the office. Besides keeping the office organized, she brings a light heart and humor that sometimes has all of her coworkers laughing hysterically.

Denise is a native of Colorado Springs. She enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren. Life in Colorado provides Denise with many opportunities to practice her hobby of taking pictures of nature, flowers, and birds

Teresa Hunter

Billing and Data Service Representative

Teresa joined Alliance Benefits in June 2008. She came to The Christian and Missionary Alliance with 10 years of experience in secretarial and administrative positions. Having an eye for detail, Alliance Benefits was an ideal team for her to become a part of.

Teresa handles data entry in five databases for enrollments, terminations, and changes for participants on the domestice and international health plans. She also processes the monthly billing of all health insurance premiums for individual churches and the National Office.

Outside work at the office, Teresa stays busy and entertained as a part-time stepmother of two beautiful girls who are quickly approaching their teenage years. Her favorite pastimes include quiet time alone with God, spending time with her husband, watching movies, and reading.

Beth Knight-Pinneo

Benefits Representative

Beth joined Alliance Benefits in January 2001. She came to the C&MA with 10 years of customer service experience at Biola University and Focus on the Family. Beth grew up in Japan as an MK, toured supporting churches with her parents, and later assisted her husband Mitch with a church plant. She brings awareness of ministry family life to her work as Benefits Representative.

Beth serves International Workers with enrollment questions and escalated claims issues. She handles Life Insurance and Long Term Disability for all participants enrolled in those products. She works with Medicare Coordination of Benefits. She also assists with web and print communications.

Beth loves scrapbooking. She and Mitch enjoy ancestry research. With their two children they visit the library every week. The family keeps two dogs, two birds, and a water turtle.

Mary Lindner

Retirement Benefits Representative

Mary joined the Alliance Benefits in April 2008. She began working with The Christian and Missionary Alliance in July 1988 as the Assistant to the Director for Higher Education. When the C&MA relocated to Colorado Springs, she took over the role of Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for Finance.

Mary was a part of the Finance team for several years and went on to be the Administrative Assistant for the President of The Alliance Development Fund.

As the Retirement Benefits Representative, Mary assists churches and individual participants with contributions to the C&MA 403(b) Plan being mindful of procedures and IRS regulations.

Mary has been a resident of Colorado Springs for 32 years. She and her husband, Steve, love summertime and the wonderful activities related to warm weather.

Crista Murray

Benefits Representative

Crista joined Alliance Benefits in June 2009 as the Benefits Representative.  She has been with The Christian and Missionary Alliance for almost ten years serving as the Payroll Coordinator as well as Front Desk and Service Center Coordinator.

As the Benefits Representative, she is responsible for assisting district offices, churches, and pastors in The Christian and Missionary Health Plan. Crista's heart for people plays a vital part in serving the servants of the C&MA.

Crista was married in January 2010 and enjoys friends and family, walking the dog, camping, traveling, and just throwing the frisbee around.
