Here are some annual benefits available to you:

 

Preventative Services

Routine physical, gynecological exams, mammograms, and other preventative services. See the preventative schedule for more information.

 

Basic Diagnostic Services

Lab, x-ray, allergy testing, and other diagnostic tests.

 

Annual Flu Shot

Alliance Benefits provides participants with a free flu shot coupon for scheduled clinics each fall for participants age 9 and older.

  • Coupons may only be used at scheduled clinics through Alliance Benefits
  • If you get a shot at your physicians office or at a walk-in clinic, the expense will not be reimbursed
  • You will receive an e-mail bulletin with details in the fall

 

Your provider or you may call Highmark with procedure and diagnosis codes to verify if specifice services will be covered.
