Many family or work events require forms to be completed and returned to Alliance Benefits within 30 days to avoid a loss of benefits. For example, if you enroll your new baby within 30 days, the plan will cover your child's claims from the date of birth or adoption. Late enrollment involves a six-month waiting period.
