High Deductible Health Plan – Available with Standard or Premium option
- Higher levels of coverage when you use in-network doctors and hospitals
- Highest annual individual and family deductibles
- Entire deductible must be paid before the insurance will cover any claims. If you have family coverage, the entire family deductible must be paid, though it can be satisfied by only one family member
- Ability to enroll in a tax saving Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Lowest monthly premium
