Baby Blueprints Maternity Program

Health mothers are more likely to have health babies. This free program answers your pregnancy questions and encourages you to make informed decisions about your health.

To enroll or learn more, call (866) 918-5267. Please have your member ID card handy. When you enroll you will receive:

  • Your Guide to Maternity, a brochure about preganancy
  • A nurse health coach to give you personalized support
  • A childbirth education class reimbursement form
  • Mail-in vouchers for free gifts

 

Highmark Member Discounts

As a Highmark participant, you may receive discounts on health-related services such as fitness memberships, weight loss, complementary and alternative medicine, and more.
