Health InsuranceThe C&MA Health Plan is a multi-employer plan which serves hundreds of employers nationwide. As the local employer, you are the first to know when someone begins or ends employment. It is your responsibility to notify Alliance Benefits of time-sensitive information, and to notify employees of the availability of benefits.
You may wish to present each eligible employee (20+ hours) with a current C&MA Health Plan enrollment packet. Alliance Benefits will mail packets to you upon request, or you may download the Benefits Summary Guide.
