Recognizing the recent studies showing the link between good dental care and disease prevention, Alliance Benefits offers full dental benefits to participants enrolled in one of the Premium medical plan options. Dental claims are processed through Delta Dental.

Through your Delta Dental PPO Plan:

• You may choose any dentist, but you will experience the greatest savings if you use a Delta Dental PPO provider
• You may also use a Delta Dental Premier Dentist and save, compared to using a non-participating dentist
• You may use a non-participating dentist, but your reimbursement is limited to amounts Delta Dental has set

By using a participating dentist, you save money even on non-covered services, since they are Delta Dental’s discounted rate.

Dental coverage is a bundled product and is not available for enrollment apart from a medical plan with the premium option.
