Enrollment

Enrollment in any of our benefit plans is handled through your C&MA employer, such as a local church, district office, school, camp, or other affiliate organization.

 

You may be either an official worker or another employee such as an assistant, janitor, church school worker, etc.

 

Both you and your employer will complete forms for your enrollment.

  • For the Health & Life plans, you must be a part of a participating district, and enrollment may occur at specified times
  • For the 403(b) plan, all districts participate, and enrollment may occur at any time
