Retirement

Enrollment in the C&MA 403(b) Plan is handled through your C&MA employer. Contributions are made through payroll. Since employer matching contributions are required, your employer must agree to your enrollment.

 

The Plan allows for participation if:

  • You are employed at least 20 hours per week by a C&MA employer (such as a local C&MA church, camp, school, or district office) and
  • You meet specific requirements set by your employer

  

You may enroll at any time of year.

 
If your employer has agreed to your enrollment, please complete these forms and give to your employer. They will complete additional forms and send to Alliance Benefits.

Once you have enrolled, you may change your contribution amount at any time. Please complete a new 403(b) Domestic Paycheck Contribution Election and give to your employer.
