Enrolling My Church

To participate in C&MA benefit plans, you must be a C&MA affiliated employer, such as a local church, district office, school, camp, or other affiliate organization.

 

You may enroll both your official workers, and other employees such as an assistant, janitor, church school worker, etc.

 

Since these are employment-based benefits, premiums or contributions are withdrawn from the employer's bank account. Both employer and employee complete forms for enrollment, and the employer must agree to participation criteria.

 

  • For the Health & Life plans, you must be a part of a participating C&MA district, and enrollment may occur at specified times
  • For the 403(b) plan, all districts participate, and enrollment may occur at any time
