To enroll your employees in the C&MA 403(b) Retirement Plan, the church treasurer or administrator should fax or mail completed forms to Alliance Benefits.

When will enrollments or changes be processed?

  • Enrollments or changes submitted by the 5th business day will be processed for electronic withdrawal on or about the 11th
  • Documents received after the 5th business day will be reflected next month
