Billing Questions for C&MA Health Plan and 403(b) Retirement Plan

Keeping accurate records for your church’s bank account is no small responsibility. We always welcome the opportunity to help with your questions.

 

C&MA 403(b) Retirement Plan Contributions

Employer and Employee contributions are withdrawn electronically from the Employer’s bank account about the 11th of each month.

  • For example, January 403(b) contributions are withdrawn from the church account about February 11.

To make changes to a given month, please submit updated forms to Alliance Benefits no later than the 5th business day of the following month.

  • For example, to change the January contribution amounts, the updated forms should reach Benefits no later than the 5th business day of February.

C&MA Health Plan Premium Billing

We withdraw health insurance premiums from the church bank account and e-mail the treasurer a statement:

  • Health Insurance premiums are withdrawn monthly on the third business day.
  • Treasurer’s statements are e-mailed on the second business day.
  • Update treasurer’s e-mail at benefits@cmalliance.org.
  • To change your bank account, Alliance Benefits must receive Employer Bank Authorization Form five business days before the end of the month.
  • Please allow ten business days to start or end enrollments, or make other changes.
